This order was a complete disaster! I took great pains to place my order via a phone call so there would be NO MISTAKES! My dear friend is under Hospice care & I ordered this to be shipped directly to her! I rec'd confirmation via email...AND YOU SHIPPED IT TO ME! I paid extra for expedited shipping so it would get to my friend quickly. When I called to get this corrected I was on hold for about 35 minutes! You finally said you'd ship it to the correct address; I've never had such a problem with you before but it was most upsetting!

Didn't realize there was a processing fee plus shipping, I really like the spread but I'm not wanting to shop products from China any longer. I would purchase products from other countries. If I can call ahead of time to find out the country of origin, that would be beneficial. Otherwise I would not purchase without knowing that information first any longer.
I haven't had any problems so far and I have been ordering from this company for years.
