Using your website is very convenient. The only thing is that the clothing don't carry small size. That's my size. After receiving the sweater the quality is not that great for the price. Other then that everything was good.

Always shows items available but when you immediately go to check out shows sold out. A week later the same items show available yet when you go to check out shows sold. Seems the website is not synching right with whats actually available. Same few items I would really like to get have show there is stock left yet checkout shows sold out. Been going on for 3 weeks and each time I am hoping stock was replenished only to find not the case. PLEASE FIX THIS - VERY FRUSTRATING!

This is the 1st time I have ever had a problem with collectionsetc.com. For some strange reason, my order was shipped to my previous home address. I called customer service, and that is when I was told that my products would be resent to my new address. I will continue to be a customer due to great prices and products.

Have one lamp already and love it. It's disappointing to be offered 15% off like that's an extra discount, and then have to choose between that and the free shipping offer already on the website.
