Love the convenience of shopping on your website! I am changing the look of my home to be more rustic cabin like, and the items I can get from Collections Etc are so reasonably priced, it is a fun project instead of a permanent expensive one. I have been a customer for years and have never been disappointed. Their customer service is exceptional also. Only had to call them2 times in many years but my issue was always handled promptly and to my satisfaction.

Outstanding variety of merchandise-easy to shop!
I paid 19.99 for product and another 10.24 to ship.! Total 30.23.Size was not good and had to go back. Not sure if shipping will be deducted from my refund. If so, I will have spent 38.22 for nothing! Not a good experience. Always get emails about reduced shipping after I place an order. Shipping is just too expensive and one only gets it free when you spend more than 50.00.
The product was of excellent quality. Looks great on my dishwasher. Adds a nice country look to my kitchen.
