It was very easy to find the items I wanted and your computer screens are much easier to follow and use than many of the other catalog companies that I purchase from. In addition, your customer service reps are outstanding and they excell in customer service skills. It is refreshing to deal with someone who seems to be there because they like what they do rather than be there just for a paycheck! Another thing your other buyers might be interested in is the fact that I placed my order on 7/20/16. It was shipped on 7/22/16, and I received it on 7/26/16. Very speedy delivery, I'd say! Thank you for a very pleasant buying experience. I will definitely be purchasing from you again!

The sheers were longer than the drapes, but ordered same length for both, already sent them back
I bought things to take down to Florida when we go back down. Haven't used them, yet, but they are very nice for the price. Can't wait to try them out.
It is disappointing to see that I am entitled to a $10 rebate in big letters mid-page and then at the bottom of the page it shows that I have to join a club to get the rebate.
When I buy for myself, I won't spend $45 just to get the discount. Also, I won't pay a fee to join a club just to get a discount or rebate.
I have enjoyed shopping at Collectionsect.com and have been pleased with the majority of items I have bought since last Christmas. I will continue shopping at collectionsetc.com when I see something I like and want.
I have been very pleased with all of the items I have ordered from your catalog and have been shopping online now as well. It is very easy to see everything that may not be seen in the catalog.
Tried to use expedited shipping but due to a glitch in the system I could not. Shipment arrived too late to take on vacation. My fault - will order earlier next time. Garments are great - fabric and workmanship. Will order these types of items again.
