I thought the metal stake was bigger than what I received based on the dimensions in the catalog. The stake is only 1/2 inch wide whilst the measurement stated 1 3/4 inches, but that apparently was only for the top portion and stake is considerably less. I wanted something more sturdy, but cost of returning not worth it, so I will keep them but not reorder if I need more.
My shopping experience with Collections Etc. has always been positive. An issue came up with the sprinkler 360, your catalog shows that it comes with a timer, which is why I initially ordered this item. When I called to find out where the timer was, I was informed that it did not come with one as shown online, but I made reference to the catalog showing it. My customer service representative was very friendly, and very helpful, and she quickly came up with a solution. I am very pleased with the service, the attention, and the products overall. I have tried the sprinkler and it works beautifully, it does what it says it will do. It is made of a sturdier plastic than the ones you buy at other stores, easy to use and works great with those hard to reach spots.

This is the second time I've placed an order and not been able to pay with PayPal. Your system takes me to the PayPal site and I process everything there, however, it takes me back to the order review screen instead of the screen after that. So, I need to order by inputting my credit card information, name, address, etc. I want to use PayPal, not enter all of the information I previously stated. Please fix this problem.
