My experience has been great. The linens are absolutely beautiful.
I am a satisfied customer of Collection, ETC. However, on a past order I bought a brown solar hooting owl and the stand was missing. The owl has been sitting on my counter waiting for me to inform you folks. The order # was ******* on 3/31/2016 and the item # was *******. It would be nice to receive the rest of that item so I can use it.
The weathervane had incomplete instructions, but I have taken it over to a neighbor who will put it together for me - young people are so much more smarter. I do like to purchase items from you folks because they are reasonable in cost and enhance what I buy them for. Sincerely, Walt
