The item that I received was a replacement for a defective item that I had purchased earlier. The folks at Collections Etc. are very gracious and helpful in making sure that customers are satisfied. I have no reservation about recommending Collections Etc. to other customers.
This order for LED outside yard lights and hanging lanterns was very disappointing. Size wise was about 1/3 the size as in online description (actual size not stated), but more importantly the light was barely as bright as a candle, much less that typical hardware store LED lights.
I always like shopping here because of the item selection and value pricing a are very competitive. I can always fine what I am looking for and have bought many nice reasonably priced gifts for family and friends.

One reason I didn't give it a '5' is b/c I spent hours online going through all the sale items for a special sale for Columbus Day that was supposed to expire that day. Anyone would assume that that would mean the sale went until 12:00 that night--but that wasn't the case.
After I finally had my order ready and went to check-out, I saw that the prices of items had gone up. When I called Collections, I was told that the sale was apparently over at 6:00 p.m.
Needless to say, I didn't place that order, and it left a bad taste in my mouth.
However, I have since taken advantage of other sales, and I am satisfied with my orders.
I am always happy with the purchases that I make with this outlet. Thank you for fast response to any problem that may arise. Merchandise is always great. Thank-you.
