This was my first order with the company. I was completely satisfied with my products and the prompt shipping of my order. No problems here! I will definitely order again.

In my order I had ordered two portable LED lamps at 9.99 each, one of them does not work. I checked the return policy and it will cost me 7.99 to return the item. 2.00 balance is not worth the effort of returning as we are elderly. So it went into the trash after my husband opened the bottom of the lamp and found a broken wire.

It was easy, and I like being a part of Shop at home too.
