Ordering and receipt was great. However I received one item, out of 5, that I didn't order and one that was broken. Am returning the item I did not order and hope to receive the one I wanted soon.

I used boots like this in the mountains of Switzerland for many years and was pleased to find them finally available in the U.S. I particularly like that the closure is velcro, not zipper, so no problem using them with gloves on or with worrying the zipper would break one day. I bought a size larger than I normally wear, and they fit fine using my regular socks. For the first year, I'm not going to be worrying about the ice around my home and on the path to the mailbox!
