I have oil less fryers but they are big and hard to clean so I wanted to try this one since our grandkids love french fries and fried chicken. I am still waiting for my copper crisper.
I have always been very satisfied with items ordered from Collections. Following a brief "lost order" issue, the matter was resolved very quickly and very much to my satisfaction. Even though there were no special promotions running at the time my order was replaced, Collections honored the original promotional code and I was completely satisfied with the customer service. The star shower I ordered went on sale right after I purchased it and I think I should have been given notice that it was going on sale so I could wait to purchase it then or refunded the amount I feel I was overcharged.
Very disappointed in quality and in customer service. First attempt to order, only one item in the order, item arrived undamaged, but missing pieces. Called for a refund, and the customer support rep barely spoke English. They only wanted to give me a gift certificate for what I paid on the item, not a full refund including shipping and handling, meaning I would have to pay shipping on an unusable product. The store credit arrived electronically in my email, but not same day as you might expect for something electronic, oh no. I have to wait about a week to receive any "refund", which I would expect if it came USPS, not by email! I give them another chance, because I find a promotional code for free shipping, and this one is partly my fault but I am very disappointed in it! Item was a liner for a standard size baking pan, so I didn't pay close enough to the dimensions. Accurate dimensions were mentioned in the product description, but it does not fit the pan it is supposed to fit! Very poor quality product, and I cannot recommend shopping Collections Etc to anyone.
