The prices are great, the quality of products is very good, and there is such variety. I have purchased many items for my home and as gifts and never been disappointed. 2 thumbs up!

Always a pleasant experience!

Ordered online this morning and it lost the order as I placed it due to something being out of stock. The website had a default that kept saying I had already ordered but when I logged in it said there were no orders. Had to trick website by closing down,starting over and using different card to pay. Frustrating.

I'm not happy that you charge a processing fee. But, other than that I'm happy with the items ordered.

Confused on receiving free shipping--didn't correct on order checkout. I emailed Collectionsetc. And that was corrected immediately. Good customer service. I received the item and it was even nicer than it looked in the catalog! Thanks

One of the things I had added another item, and it wasn't the same item number I wanted. My faulty I didn't check the item carefully enough before I submitted my order. May return it, but that's a hassle.

The items I ordered are great! I just didn't like that I had to pay for shipping on Cyber Monday then a few days later I get an email that says if you order there is free shipping. If I'd of known that I could have waited and got free shipping.

I am always able to get my order placed quickly and it is delivered promptly.

Cover was not made correctly. Called customer service and spoke with a rep that said I could only get a merchandise credit and when I asked how to return the product she said not to return it to do with it whatever I wanted. Said money could not be refunded which I do not understand. Wasn't my fault it was a faulty product.

I always love what I get from here.
