Easy to shop. Very good prices.

Solar was terrible - very cheaply made

One item came broken, but was replaced, another I tried to order after receiving emails stating there was no amount minimum to get "free shipping" but couldn't get free shipping without calling and speaking to a customer service rep. And asking why you sent customers these emails if it was impossible to take advantage of them over the computer...this was given to me over the phone by the person I spoke to.

The pet bed that we ordered was not the size that was stated in the catalog. It was at least 3"shorter in length, so our pet just fits into it. For what we paid I was very disappointed.

I was not happy with the product. It was a solar pathway light, which did not work when it arrived. I tried to change the battery but cannot get the battery compartment open to replace the battery. Very poorly made. I tried going on the Collections website but the page was not available. I will not order from them again.

I ordered the solar mailbox decoration and it does not work. Really disappointed as I was looking forward to it lighting up at night.

I ordered the full cat comforter and it barely covers the mattresses. Had I have known, I would have ordered the queen or king size. I assumed full would fit a full mattress bed.

Am very happy doing business with Collections ect. And will continue purchasing there in the future.

My order was received and the items are wrapped and under the tree!
