I placed my order because you had such a good promotion with the free shipping and additional 10% off. I have ordered several times from you and you have always taken care of any problems I had to my satisfaction. You have great customer service and are very fair to your customers! However, I normally do not have problems with my purchases, but this time I did, I ordered a wreath holder and was told it was no longer available. When I called about it, your rep checked and said that it was an error and that they DID have some available and put through an order again just for the wreath holder. After some time I had not heard from your company regarding the delivery of the wreath holder, so I checked my order history and it again said "Item no longer available". I called again because neither time did your company notify me that I was not going to get it. I was just left waiting. The supervisor I spoke with apologized and confirmed the item WAS no longer available. I was a little upset because it was a Christmas gift and now I had to scurry and get another gift at the last minute. The supervisor gave me a merchandise credit for $13.49, which was the cost of the wreath holder, for my inconvenience, which I was not expecting. Your company always does whatever it can to rectify any problem that your customers have. I just wish you had some type of notification via email to let your customers know an item is no longer available so they would not have to wait for delivery of their order to find out they were not getting a particular item. I have ordered many times from your company and will continue to do so. While I was disappointed about not getting the wreath holder, I felt your customer service reps did the best they could to compensate me. Thank you for being such a good company to deal with!
