I like discount and free shipping. I like Collections, especially the cat stuff! I also like clearance items.
Huge problem trying to check out, the system wouldn't accept my regular Amex card, or Mastercad I tried to use. I was told to sign up to get 15% of my purchase and I will also get my free shipping on orders of $30 or more (we qualified as our order was at least 7 times that amount). When I called back another representative told me I was informed wrong. I don't see why I was told otherwise to begin with! Also one offer has nothing to do with another offer and you should honor it specially when your representatives offered it.
Otherwise the items we received were great for the price, except three of them that are flimsy and would not hold on the yard with regular winds.
Easy on line ordering. This was a Christmas gift for someone, while the order arrived on time and no dents were showing on the item order, I'm assuming everything the item will be OK once it's unwrapped for Christmas

First order, so far very good exp. Unfortunately, I had to return the glasses as they weren't the right magnafication. You confirmed that you rec'd them and am now waiting for a credit. I was told would take 3 weeks. Other than that I am very pleased with my shopping experiences with yoiu.
