I love collections,etc. For their easy shopping, their prices, their quality, and their on time delivery.

I have been trying to place orders for the last few weeks, and whenever I got to the "place order stage" nothing would happen, no matter how many times I clicked on it, or whether I used paypal or my credit card. This time I logged in with my Green/Gold membership during the process--which I don't ever remember doing before--and I was finally able to place the order. Until recently my purchases have never been "refused".

Great site for Christmas items and decorations.

Everything met or exceeded expectations

Everything was good except I got 2 orders of the same thing. Was probably my fault. But I could use all the products for gifts so its cool. Service was great.

Website not totally working right this evening, but chalking it up to Christmas rush, as usually great. Couple items wouldn't let me order but guess I probably didn't need them anyway.:)
