Struggled with online ordering because the lock didn't show up the first time I tried. I called the number for help. Now I came back and it worked fine. I am excited to see the quality of what I ordered.
I really liked the items I chose. The winter snowflake cardinal top is really nice. The red copper cookware was a gift for my son's Christmas. He thought it was great. The kitchen runner rug is really a hit, and several family members wanted one, so I ordered 4 more. The only disappointment was the Flex Seal Liquid. I didn't realize how small a can it was. That seemed like a high price for such a small can. The boots I ordered were small for their size so I returned them and ordered 1 size larger. I haven't received the exchange yet, but they should be fine. Thank you.

Shopping was very easy. Hope I enjoy the products when they arrive. Now that I have received my order, I am very dissatisfied. I ordered 3 galloping horse throws for gifts. My invoice was marked that they were packed, but I only received one. I called and asked for the others to be shipped. The person I spoke with said that she would make sure they were sent, but I never received them. When I called about them 2 weeks later, I was told they were discontinued. I did not have these gifts for my recipients and don't know when I would have been told that they weren't coming if I had not called.
Of the two driveway markers, one does not work. The first one was fine when first used it, but it only worked for 3 days.
I Sent an email to exchange an item that was back ordered, but got no reply on that so I did not have that gift to give for Christmas either!
