I had to redo entire order form (deleting all personal info) because I was trying to create an account, but it said that email already existed (it's mine, but guess I had wrong password) and had to check out as guest rather than just saying reset password.
Good clearance prices and free shipping is what enticed me to order. I had canceled several orders due to shipping, but this allowed me to order this time.
I have had several orders so I am not sure which items these were. You should have directed me to a picture of the item or something to more easily confirm. I only know I received everything.
The mantel scarf was shorter than my mantel and was not wide enough. I had to sew on a piece of fabric to the back to be able to use it.
