The two climbing Santa's we received were packaged well, One of them works great, the other not so good, when he climbs the chain he has a whining noise as if he is struggling to get up the chain. I called to explain and they were very helpful, but as of today I have yet to receive my gift certificate for the " not so good one" the processing on this should not take this long.
Have ALWAYS had nothing but satisfaction from Collections etc. I've ordered a lot of useful things and a lot of "just fun" stuff. Never a bad day when you get a package full of goodies. Thanks

Most Products are of Good Quality!
I love everything Collections has to offer.Specially Xmas.But,when I ordered the snowman couple,I did not get a couple ( boy and girl) I received 2 boys and was very upset and disappointed in the delivery.I have sent Collections through a phone call and an email and asked if I should return both of them. Or just the one.
I am awaiting an answer as how I should proceed.

This is a great website for ordering items.
Shipping was adequate but some of the items were smaller than expected and the banner was not as big as I had hoped. The best things were the ladies' robe, sweater and lighted 4' trees for my home.
