Trying to find the placemats that match the Samantha checkered tablecloth and chair pads I ordered, no luck. I ordered red set of placemats to match the chair cushions and tablecloth and the placemats that I thought were suppose to be red when I got them were burgundy, don't match at all, not red. I just sent the placemats set back to you for a full refund. Not happy when you said red and they looked red online, but when I got them they were burgundy.

So far so good, but was a little disappointed that when I ordered last order was not notified at time order was made, that an item would not be shipped until 12/23, making its arrival probably after the Holiday, it was a Christmas present:-( Good thing it was for an adult and not one of my grandchildren, easier to explain what "backorder" means, lol
I have always been pleased with my purchases. I have been shopping Collections Etc. for many years and have never had a problem with any purchase. I have bought throw blankets, quilts, garden statues, large & small. I have purchased collector dolls, lamps and womans tops. My latest the faux flowers, I love as they are quite realistic in appearance and the colors are very vibrant. My new 4 foot step ladder is a God send.

I enjoy shopping Collections Ect. Although some of their items are cheap, made in Mexico,Thailand, ect. Read the reviews you can 94% of the time believe them.
It was alright, but each time I checked out something & I had 48 pieces to be shown it would bring me back to 12 pieces for showing on the web page. Then I would have to start over.

Rec'd 3 of my 4 items-still awaiting the 4th. The Winter Park canvas was listed as having 'twinkling' lights but, unfortunately, they BLINK and not Twinkle and I've never been a fan of blinking lights! If it had been as listed I would have kept it on my wall thru the winter but now it's put away until this next Xmas.
