I love ordering from Collections. Truly, Great deals! But my online experiences are terrible. I can never add to my cart. The site simply won't do what it is supposed to. I end up writing down item numbers and then I use the "Quick Order" option.
This last order took much longer than normal to be delivered, may have been weather related. Took over 2 weeks before I received my items.
I could not order items by clicking the button add to order - I had to do the quick catalog. I wanted to order more items but could not get them to add onto my order.
I had a problem using a promo code and the next day I was contacted by a collections service person and they problem was resolved...most impressive.
The butterflies were better than expected. I love them. I put on bedroom wall...garden theme.

I found what I was looking for & placed the order with no problems. I was satisfied greatly with the address labels & flower vase I ordered. The Valentine cards were cute but made cheaply. I can embellish them to make up for it. The solar-powered little flower I ordered came with the flower laying in the box separately from the base. There was no packing in the box to keep it from getting jostled around in shipping. I put the flower on easy enough but it doesn't work. Bummer! I was going to give it as a little perk-me-up Valentine gift. The reduced cost should've alerted me. There were no reviews written on it to read. I guess this will be the first one. Lesson learned! Buyer beware on the solar powered flower at any rate.
