I've been a loyal customer of Collections, ETC. and I am always pleased ordering from this site, however, I was disappointed because I was not able to use the discount for registering my e-mail again due to a system glitch. I sent a request for Customer Service to help me with the issue but it was denied.

When I entered a coupon code for a flat.99 shipping fee the code was not accepted; I did not like that, especially since I was ONE PENNY short of qualifying for free shipping. That was frustrating.
