Everything went smooth

My order was in great shape, on time and the price was also great. I shop at Collections a lot because their merchandise is always just what I ordered, the colors and sizes are what is written or shown in the catalogue.

Found it frustrating that many items were sold out. Have shopped with Collections Etc. in the past and always liked the products that I received.

I didn't like the backing on the cat couch cover. It was to rubbery.

Finding out that I will be charged $7.99 as a service fee for returning 2 items (2 of same $7.99 item) has totally soured my experience with Collections Etc. I think it's outrageous.

Small print is difficult to read which means it takes longer to complete ordering! I would appreciate larger printer (I'm visually impaired).

Easy to navigate the online catalog
The lotus flower lamp looks so much nicer in the catalog. I thought the flower would be glass just like the leaf petals but it is plastic and looks cheap close up but at a distance looks ok.

Collections is usually good quality but this time I received 2 country rugs with flaws. Have never had this problem with any purchases before. Don't know if I'll purchase any more rugs from them.

My order was timely, the price was agreeable, although the product itself is not exactly what I had in mind, it will work just fine.
