Items were easy to pull up and view on line. Ordering process was easy to understand. When my shipment arrived it was short two of the items I had ordered. I contacted customer service via email and received a quick courteous response back. Within a week I received the items that were missing from the original shipment.
Didnt like the shaper at all but I can't find the receipt. I'm shortwaisted so it's too long for me
