As advertised. Had trouble keeping chair cushion back from sliding down back of chair. Believe this was due to Balled up shape in box it arrived in. Had to wrap a Bungee chord type strap to hold it in place.

I did have a problem and did not contact them. THEY contacted me, much to my surprise and resolved the issue without me even asking. I have never experienced that kind of spontaneous courtesy!

I've not had any problems with anything I have ordered. Pleased with merchandise and delivery.

My only disappointment was in the magnet shelves that I ordered. Just not as sturdy as I thought, but my husband said they would be fine for his work bench area.

When the wreath arrived a bunch of the berries were at the bottom ot the plastic bag when I went to hang it a whole section of the berries fell out I was very disappointed too much of a hassle to return I hope the other wreath I ordered comes in better condition so I can actually use it

Sad my one item was out of stock. Should not have been able to put it on order form. Then I would not be so disappointed and may have ordered something else before this was completed.
