I received an email for 10% off and free shipping (6DEMSN3) if I added my email. So I did and when I went to check out I put that code in and it said 'the discount cannot be used with this email address'. WHAT? The discount code was sent to the same email address I used, why couldn't it be used. Very irritating! I did go to the website and find a code for free shipping so that was nice.
Collections is great their customer satisfaction is top on my list.
