Could not get your blue envelope to go off the screen using my AOL Had to use google to place order. Never had this happen before.

The 2 knit hats I ordered were too small. Basket with floral arrangement - basket is nice -floral arrangement - not so nice. Insulated Lattice panels were snagged. I like the metal wall tree, the 2 faux fur hats, and the alignment cushion.

When I received my order the box was broken and there was packing tape around it but it wasn't tightly put on because things COULD HAVE FALLEN OUT but luckily I received everything.
