At first they sent me the wrong item and I just received it today 3-15. Can't really comment about the product because I haven't used it yet.

It's was great
I received an item that was defective (label was upside down), so I contacted cust. Service and a new item was shipped to me. No hassles, satisfied with the quick response.
I always enjoy shopping with Collections, it is easy and quick! I was disappointed in the way the package arrived. I don't think it was shipped in the condition it arrived...top was crushed in and two sides of box were ripped with items inside hanging out. It would have been easy for someone to take the contents and run. I was lucky the whole order was there. I think it was the post office here or FedX that just tossed the box around, with no thought for what happened to it. But I don't think it was Collections fault in any way.
