It was not easy and my third item after I ordered came up sold out--- I'm upset that I was allowed to order just to tell me at the end it wasn't available. Did not like the google offer at the end of my order!
The pet harness collar came defective--cannot use because it is missing attachment to connect to seat belt bracket!
It was easy to place this order. Web site was easy to navigate.
When the order arrived I needed to exchange items, I sent them back right away by two day express. They were received and signed for on Mar. 8th. I am still waiting for the status on my exchange. I was told it could take up to three weeks. This is slow processing for something that is not my fault. The sizing was not true to stated measurements. If they are not fitting this time I will not reorder as the return postage and insurance charges are so expensive.
Received all items in good shape.
I love all the products I have received and especially the southwestern items.
One product was not right and when I called I was told I would have to pay for the return. I think that is RIDICULOUS.
