Shipping cost is too high.
I chose the "free shipping" and "standard delivery", however, I was still surprised to find that the order was not shipped for a number of days after I submitted it by e-mail. I believe I submitted the order on Sunday and it did not ship out until Friday. Then it took almost another week to reach me via FedEx.
