Fine, everything was as described and great.
Items easily available when I typed in the numbers from the catalog. Clear directions. Easily navigable.
When the order arrived, one of the pillow shams had a loose thread that I could not pull through from underneath because of the batting. I called Customer Service and they sent out another one. I asked that they inspect it carefully before sending it out. I did not need to return the defective sham. They were very nice through the whole incident.
Unfortunately, when the replacement sham arrived, it was worse than the first one. When I called Customer Service, they indicated that they were not able to send another one out, but they would refund my money for the sham. I was disappointed that they could not inspect and send another sham. I now have two defective shams, one worse than the other. However, I did not have to pay for either.
The Customer Service has been great. The product was defective. I do have a lovely quilted bedspread and one pillow sham in tact.
Really appreciate the free shipping on this order.
