Quick and easy to order I was pleased with the products I received, but shipping took longer than I expected.
This was the first time I have ever had a problem with an order. I was told that it was returned to you.
It was delivered in bulk to the post office & signed for. The post office searched for the package to no avail. They are assuming that the whole address was not on the package label. If that happens then they return it via FEDX. I contacted your customer service last week and told them all of this & they told me to get back with them this week. I will still be a happy customer & still shop your site. I'm sure this problem will be taken care of.
So far so good. Called prior to order to make sure the price on the shams was 9.99 for a set of 2. Was guaranteed that was correct... and IT WAS!
