Just received my order, on time as usual.

I found what I was looking for. This was my first time ordering from Collections. I was very pleased with the quality.

It is pretty easy ordering. The only problem is my code name.
I will look it up.

The place mats/ table runner and curtains are very pretty and added a cozy feel to my home however I was not aware they are un-washable...spot clean only does not work very well in my home. I also ordered one of the country star LED wall lanterns, received two and neither of them stay lit.

I purchased a pair of slippers for $14.99 and had to return because they were too large. I received only a $7.00 credit. I won't be ordering from Collections any longer.

The items that I order will make a wonder addition to the birthday gift that I will be give to my best friend. Both were items that I could not find in any store and this is way I feel that will make her gift personable.

The dress I received was the most hideous color imaginable. The bag had no packing slip, so I have no idea how to return it. I need help. I want to return this dress, but have no idea how.
