Have ordered frequently generally satisfied with merchandise but have had many problems with packaging and delivery, sheets stained in torn package thrown on porch and left in rain instead of being put under covered section,or left at neighbors. Crushed boxes etc. very disappointed as fees for delivery should insure better service
