Received in a timely manner

Collections Etc is a great company. I placed my order with no problems and it was shipped as expected.

TOOK A WHILE TO FIND THE SOUTHWESTERN QUILT & SHAMS BUT FINALLY DID SO I COULD ORDER THEM.

It is a very nice table topper, I love the pattern and material used. I am sure I I'll use it for many years.

Shopped using catalog; worked just fine. Three articles were in stock and now I will just wait for the order to arrive.

Although I received partial order, will not receive broom and dustpan until middle of Sept. Why advertise in catalog if you don't have sufficient product?

So far my shopping experience has been good. Quickly found what I wanted and check out was easy.

I would suggest that if you are sold out of a product that it not be permitted to go into the cart. It id frustrating to finr this out when you are checking out.
