The arm rest piece came in just fine. The plant was bent in half & creased badly. I have them under heavy books to see if the crease leaves. If not, I'd like to return them and have another reshipped. Thank You.
Like the wide variety of your products, especially the home décor and houseware items. Wish the shipping cost was included in the prices; would probably order more often!

Really easy! Once you order, you can forget about it, and it gets delivered-
The one glitch was that FedEx didn't deliver it to my door, but to my post office. So, my husband had to make a special trip to the post office to pick it up. I couldn't get a satisfactory answer as to why this happened, other than the message from FedEx that said the person rang my doorbell and I didn't answer.This has never happened in the past. FedEx just leaves the package at my door. I am very satisfied with the rolling cart. It's a perfect size for my kitchen and fits in an area of it that I needed it for, so it's helped me to make more room on my counters.
I haven't put it together yet, so I don't yet know whether or not I will be totally satisfied with my purchase.
