I placed a previous order with Collections, etc. and am VERY DISAPPOINTED the fact a $20.00 rebate offer was available, ONLY by joining a "club", pre-paying my Collections order and waiting to receive my order and then waiting AGAIN weeks and weeks to receive a "rebate" check. DON'T LIKE BEING USED IN THE BAIT SWITCH SCAM.
I received a reply too this original post telling me "Collections, etc." was NOT THE ORIGINATOR OF THE $20 REBATE OFFER, but a secondary, outside company. Well for me, when an "offer" is made on one's website, they are responsible for the editing, content and fulfilling of said offer; OR THEY SHOULD NOT ALLOW SECONDARY COMPANIES TO PIGGY BACK OFFERS ON EACH SALE A CUSTOMER PLACES. Way out of line and just not good business tactics. VERY DECEITFUL, still unhappy with this site...
