Great values I have ordered from collections over 10 yrs, I believe, and have been very satisfied with most all the products. The resin figurines are very detailed, however I was not happy with the geranium plants I received with this order, not the usual quality of other bushes I ordered in the past.

I was pleased with the quality of my merchandise that I purchased.
It has taken 2 days and 6 phone calls to place this order which I finally did today on line. This jaunt began on Thursday, 7/20 when I could not place the order on line because of a problem with your site locking up at the payment screen. Three calls later and I was told to call back on Friday, 7/21 because you could not see my order. I called today, 7/21 and was cut off on the 1st call and on the 2nd, the representative said call back as I can't hear you. You need to offer a course in basic etiquette if you want people to shop your site. If this nonsense continues you can count me out as a customer. I can understand technical glitches but rudeness and disinterest is unacceptable. My money is good anywhere and I can certainly find somewhere else to shop.

Your free shipping is deceiving, my order was over 45.00, but after I applied the code, it dropped the price of 2 items and made the order under 45.00, so I had to purchase another item to qualify.
