Overall I was satisfied with the service I received from Collections Etc. When I reported missing items from my order, they addressed the situation immediately and sent me those items. I was pleased with everything I ordered.

Merchandise generally good, shipped promptly, only a couple of minor glitches in entire shopping history (second time shipping box received open and damaged...items appear all be there and undamaged.

I have 1 item that is backordered, it didn't show that until the order was completed and expected delivery dates appeared. Would have liked to know before order was completed and given a chance to choose something else comparable
Had a very difficult time place order...tried both with paypal and with credit card. I finally had to log in since I had a previous account but had forgotten password. Just was frustrating! Once that was taken care of everything went smoothly!
