ALWAYS ORDER WITH EASE

Was to be free shipping, got 15% for order which cost most of it to ship so really not as good as sounds

Order came after I was noticed about delivery,

The wedge pillow I ordered, was very hard, sent back for a refund.

Until I receive the merchandise I ordered I really can't report anything. However the order process was very quick and easy.

Great and easy ordering but the quality of the items was very disappointing. Some item didn't work very well and others were damaged, not from packaging but by factory assemblers.

I always enjoy everything I purchase from Collections. I made a fall arrangement that I put on my porch. It looks great.

When I ordered these items,which was on a tuesday, They held the order until the following monday (a week) before they shipped it, and then fed ex took over a week to deliver these items. I am seriously considering ordering from another supplier and never buy from collections again. Very poor service!

Quality all seem good and the solar feature is always a plus for me. Shipping is pretty quick and even with one back order item, it was still quick to receive. Communication about ordering and shipping, as well as backorder was great!
