I always like to shop at CollectionsEtc. I'm not very happy this time because I paid more for the shipping and handling than I did for the item. If I could have found the item somewhere else, I would not have bought it from CollectionsEtc. I'm very disappointed.

I love Collections etc.! I am always very satisfied with the quality and price of nearly everything I purchase. I have been a long-time customer. I recently ordered the crucifixes which I had purchased in the past. The quality for the price was phenomenal! I cannot be more pleased. I am giving one as a gift and just had it blessed by my priest. People that were nearby were in awe at how beautiful it is! It looks much more expensive than what I paid. Even when I'm not happy with something I buy, I always get prompt refunds or exchanges with no hastles. This is one of my favorite online companies!

Had an issue with a coupon code for free shipping, I thought it had gone thru but in the final order details shipping still showed. I called & there was very little wait time & it was correctly changed & im all set. Good customer service
