I ordered several items for fall decorating. Each piece is just as shown in the catalog and online and very nice, especially the bird pillows and table runner. Prices are reasonable.
I loved the butterfly garden hanging wind chime! It is much bigger than I imagined, really pretty. A little disappointed in the summer quilt, Wilmington might have been the name. The quilt itself is great, very light weight, which I wanted and very pretty. Received compliments on it already. The shams, however, had diamond shaped pattern that should have been in the middle of the pillow, but both shams diamonds were off to the side. But not a big deal. The yellow flower tulip touch lamp was slightly disappointing as it is pretty much all plastic.
I joined the Green & Gold Club... but, was sad to see that I cannot get my 10% off on "EVERY" purchase as stated! Not really cool...:(
I've noticed that the prices of items in your catalogs change continuously... from the time when I add an item to my cart to when I check out sadly the prices CHANGE :( I've also noticed that if I add a promo code for FREE shipping the prices of items go up! :(
I was sent an email offering $5 off - plus free shipping - for an order over $45...if I agreed to get flooded with email offers (plus the weekly catalogs that I must schlep to recycling). So I order $48 in merchandise, and I only got the free shipping -- not the promised $5 off. Bad faith Collections, Etc.!

You have to be careful to make sure the item is in stock if you want it within the time they set of 7-10 days.
