Terrible customer service, including Supervisor "Stacey". Products are of lowest in quality and they never seem to take anything back, lots of non customer friendly return policies. This last order not my first run in with a product that was defective and would not even let me get a replacement. This time because of the major Hurricane Irma, I asked them to ship to a NY address instead of Florida and was very, very, uncooperative and told me it was my problem when they did not change the shipping. That I should pay for any further forwarding charges to have it shipped to a place that wasn't having a major hurricane. A word to the wise, shop anywhere else but Collections Etc. Let's see if my review gets posted..

When I received the four piece canvas tree pictures, two of them were the same, so they didn't complete the tree correctly. I received a second set, which were the correct ones. However, the sawtooth hangers on the back of each canvas were not in alignment with one another, which made hanging them properly impossible. We finally just took the hangers off and were able to hang them level at that point. Other than those difficulties, I really love the four piece tree wall hanging.
