Great selection beautiful items received my order in a timely manner everything was just as pictured only problem I was short one item. It only took two phone calls since first one we got disconnected but overall everyone was wonderful. Will continue to order
I ordered a wind spinner. Was supposed to be 62 inchs was 48 inchs. Called customer service and spoke to an Asian representative that spoke broken English. She couldn't understand that I received the wrong size spinner. She was insisting that I was WRONG! She kept stating that they didn't sell that size spinner, and the product description stated it was 62 inches! Hello...I wouldn't be contacting you if the right product was sent! Sent it back and I'm still waiting to here from them. I was told that I would have to pay for shipping! Excuse me but it isn't my fault that I received the wrong size spinner! Thank goodness I took pictures! Don't waste your money with this company. Buy from LTD Commodity.
Nothing at this time
I ordered 5 nightgowns and received 4 nightgowns and 1 pair of size 10 shoes. The nightgowns I received are fine and were well priced. The shoes have been returned for a refund and I have yet to hear from the company or to receive the refund.
My shopping experience was a good one.
I have ordered from your company for years. I have had no big issues with the products and if there was a problem it was taken care of right away. I will continue to order from your company as long as you are in business. Thanks for all your great service! The only thing I don't care for is some of the products you carry you can't buy any more. Once they are gone then they usually don't come back.
