I have made several purchases in the last few weeks. Love the items! Only complaint I have, is that the same catalog is included in the package. My mother got a fall 2017 catalog that has a Christmas item on the cover...I have never received that one despite having made at least 3 large orders. Otherwise, I love Collections Etc.
It's a great catalog. I love shopping Collection's Etc.
I felt like I had been given a bait-and-switch deal. I signed up for the advertised FREE shipping + $5 off for signing up my email. The free shipping was fine but I did not receive a $5 off. I was also charged a $2.50 processing fee. Two of my items were on sale and at the FINAL screen after the order was processed a red message came up and said DISCOUNT NOT APPLIED FOR SALE ITEM. Have no idea where that came from and it was not shown on any of the other screens UNTIL the order was processed. I usually read very carefully all of the fine print before I order online to prevent such things. Disappointed with my return to Collections so far.
After receiving the items, I did like the items purchased. Have not yet used the gutter cleaner but looks okay.

It would be more helpful if you had a SAVE feature when adding items to your cart. I placed a bunch of items in my cart a couple of days ago, and was unable to finish due to a sudden death in my family. If there was a Save button for the items in my cart, I wouldn't have to re-search for what I wanted -- not only could I not remember everything, but I couldn't even find the one item I wanted the most.
I do a lot of business with Collection's Ect. The prices are reasonable, most of their products are of good quality, they have good customer service and it is easy to navigate their website. A convenient way to shop, especially for home decor. So far, so good. Great job Collection's!
