I have shopped for several years at Collections. For the first time ever I sent back a couple of items. Easy return and prompt credit
Wish shipping and handling was less.
You have a great product choice however some of your prices seem high. Is that the way you offer "free" shipping? I noticed that there was still a handling charge. I would like to see "free" returns. The seashell wreath I ordered was paced very poorly. I had to fix it. May I suggest that you pack items better.
I can't seem to get out of the rebate thing. I have no shopping tracking number or anything.
When I received my solar roses, one of them is missing a bottom base piece that should insert into a stake, but it's missing. When I called, they didn't even give me a chance to ask them to resend it. They just gave me a credit and told me to keep it. Keep it,. I can't use it this way. It's not complete. I'm not that happy with them at this point. Most times I like the stuff that they sell.

Quick and easy. Do not understand the extra processing fee, especially when you already charge a shipping and handling fee.
Order was split into two shipments. One ordered was processed quickly while the other seem to sit in the warehouse ready for shipment for several days, but took much longer to actually ship.
I always look forward to getting my catalogs. They have items you don't see anywhere else and the quality is good. Delivery is always prompt, and if any issues ever come up, their customer service department is exceptional to deal with. Fan for life.
