I put 3 items in cart, then Collections, etc. could not find my accout, so I had to set it up again. Then the cart was empty so I had to select items again. Had a little trouble ordering child's book, but it finally worked.

Hi. Your company keep running the same merchandise over and over for the same price. Even when you run a 70% off sale it is not that much money taken off.

Had one of the items not work. Called customer service to return item for new one. Was surprised on how easy it was to request another item. Was even more surprised to find I wasn't needing to ship back item that needed replacing.
