I purchased a loveseat cover but it was to small. I guess My sofa is not a loveseat or a full sofa so I will be returning the loveseat cover

One of two items ordered were originally not in pkg. After I called to report this, they did send the missing item. I am concerned cost is listed on both invoices. I trust my credit card is only billed once.

I am satisfied that on an item I tried to order last Dec. That was out of stock they notified me this week, 8 mos. Later, that it is available. I re-ordered and it has been shipped.

I love some of your things but your prices are creeping up. You advertise free shipping but still charge an extra fee.

I was satisfied with the products I was not satisfied with the delivery. They left the package on the side of the road no where near my house in the pouring rain. When I picked up the box it was so wet that it fell apart luckily nothing was damaged and no one stole it Had it set there much longer though anything could of happened

I'm a little taken back I received a letter in the mail stating that I had put a. Incorrect credit card number which wasn't true and then two day later y'all me a confirmation number and the package arrived on Friday.
