I was charged shipping when it was supposed to be free. I called tp fix this but I'm not sure it was resolved yet.

This is actually a Christmas gift, but I have purchased other products from Collections and they have always been of good quality, good price and fast shipping

The box the arrangement came in was too small therefore the flowers were all crushed up.thus making the product look really artificial! The glass foam was well done and there was no breakage.

Nice selection and good prices, but beware that the shipping timeline information is misleading. It takes several days to "process the order" and THEN the stated shipping times begin. And when I called, I found out internet orders take even longer to process. All of this should be clearly spelled out in the shipping information. Products were nice, items were as pictured and described. Overall, happy with the purchases.
