I have been a collections customer for many years. I have been very happy with their price, product and customer service when any time there has ever been an issue, and that has been been rare. I would highly recommend Collections, and I actually have over the years. I plan on staying a loyal customer for many more.

Item is exactly as described and purchased as a gift. Recipient will be thrilled as it is replacing a pair he has worn out after about 5 years of constant use.

RE snow gauge and thermometer -- snow "ruler" only clips on -- not sturdy at all. Thermometer, I know, can be calibrated but don't understand how to do it. Also, very flimsy -- does not tighten up well. I would return it if I could.

Still waiting for towels, but everything else was fine.

The poinsettias were smashed flat by the box that contained the heavy rolling pantry, which was free to slide around inside the bigger outside box. There was no filling material such as brown paper or air-filled bags. I will have to work with the poinsettias to make them look decent.

One item did not show if it was designated for granddaughter at the end of ordering
