I received the hat, which was knit hat. You'd think that a knit hat would fit anyone, but the fur trim was tiny! I would say that it was more appropriate for a child's head.
The other item was back ordered.
I love my small flag, have it in my front yard where I can enjoy it all the time. Haven't tried the Christmas toilet cover yet, I will decorate for Christmas after December 1st.

Easy to find what I was looking for. When I received my order which was 3 skirts and a humidifier I only got 2 of the skirts and the humidifier. I was also to receive a camel colored skirt, which according to the packing paper I had--but in reality I received 2 camel colored snowman shower curtains. Just a little frustrating! When I called to tell someone what had happened they were going to give me a credit for the skirt.
I asked if the skirt was still available and in stock.
Yes it was.
Well can you send me the skirt?
Yes.
But that should have been the first thing to check is if what I had ordered was still available. Instead of me having to go through asking all the questions. Courtesy would have been to check if there was a reason for not receiving it-such as out of stock, or not have in size I ordered, etc.
I just received the camel skirt this weekend--so thank you very much! It was just frustrating when it happened.
